巴蜀府(Prachuab Khiri Khan)华欣县(Hua Hin)叻察帕国家公园昨天（30日）吸引大量游客利用周末假期前往游玩，多条道路都出现不同程度的塞车，公园内所有纪念品销售一空。
总理巴育上将于本月19日为巴蜀府华欣县叻察帕公园内的7位先皇巨大圣像雕塑揭幕，成为近期最受泰国民众欢迎的旅游新景点。周六、周日大量泰国民众自驾车前往观光，附近多条道路车满为患。叻察帕国家公园将于9月12日举办的演唱会，提前用于活动宣传的专属衣服、包包和帽子等纪念品也销售一空。
巴蜀府尹威拉表示，有意参加「叻察帕报答国母之恩」骑行活动的民众，可以到华欣陆军俱乐部或者碧武里府陆军第15军营领取报名表，或者登录叻察帕国家公园网站报名，截止日期为9月9日。所有活动的收入都将用于叻察帕国家公园的发展和完善。

华欣惊现毒水母群 不宜游泳
华欣海滨沙滩昨天（1日）出现大量的水母被海浪卷上岸，这些水母个头较大，而且五颜六色，但当地官员指出，其中不少水母含有剧毒刺针，接触到皮肤重则会立即有类似「烧伤」的症状，轻则有皮肤刺痛过敏感觉，提醒游客不要直接触碰这些大水母，如果在水中遇到则应保持距离，以免受伤。
华欣市长诺蓬昨天出动工作人员到华欣海滨沙滩巡查，并收拾残留在沙滩上的水母。据当地清洁部门透露，受到天气影响，该片海域出现大量的水母群，并被海浪卷上沙摊。同时浅海中还可以看到大量的水母群，这些水母个头较大，部分水母直径达80公分，部分有蓝色、黄色或五颜六色，游客看到会觉得很稀奇，殊不知这些水母在当地被称为「火水母」和「碗状水母」，其中火水母具有剧毒刺针，若人的皮肤直接接触到水母的表面或触手，则会有严重刺痛的感觉，皮肤出现大面积过敏发炎，就像被火烧伤。
据悉，当地海域出现的水母有多个种类，毒性较轻的水母会导致皮肤发疹，但如果不慎接触到眼睛等部位，则可能造成重伤，所以提醒游客遇到水母应「敬而远之」。幸好昨天不是周末假日，到海滨游玩的游客较少，加上下雨有风浪，很少有游客游泳。无论如何，当地海滨近期海水较为清澈，水质适合游泳，但要非常小心水母。
华欣市长表示，已经下令在海滨张贴公告，以中文、泰文和英文提醒游客近期不要游泳，并加紧清理沙滩上遗留的水母。

Hoteliers in Hua Hin and Cha-am welcomed the lifting of the curfew in tourist areas, saying it will boost income for hotels and resorts plus people running restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
The Western Region Hotel Association, which covers operators in the two areas, said lifting the curfew would boost businesses, particularly on weekends. Group tours for seminars were also returning to their areas as a result of the move by the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO).
The ruling junta, on Friday night, announced the lifting of curfew in Phetchburi's Cha-am district, Prachuap Khiri Khan's Hua Hin district, Krabi and Phang-nga provinces, effective immediately.
Also, the Tourism Authority (TAT) said on its website that the NCPO had granted curfew exemption for the full-moon parties on Koh Pha-ngan being held from tomorrow till Friday.
The island of Pha-ngan, off Surat Thani in the Gulf of Thailand near Koh Samui, draws thousands of backpackers to its hedonistic full-moon event, billed as one of the biggest beach parties in the world.
The curfew was earlier lifted in most major beach resorts, including Pattaya in Chon Buri, Koh Samui in Surat Thani, and Phuket.
Vasant Kittikul, president of the Western Region Hotel Association, said both Hua Hin and Cha-am were not hit hard by the curfew as they are top destinations, but it was a relief for businesses that stay open late at night. The night market and Hua Hin walking street would see a boost.

The Live and Invest Overseas website has ranked Chiang Mai and Prachuap Khiri Khan's Hua Hin district as a couple of the world's best places to retire due to the low cost of living and beautiful beaches.
The website recently revealed its first annual "retire overseas" index which used several criteria to name the best places, including the cost of living, local people's English skills, entertainment venues, environment, public health, infrastructure, real estate, residential areas, safety and taxes.
Chiang Mai and Hua Hin were included in a list of 21 other cities, including Abruzzo in Italy, Ambergris Caye and Cayo in Belize, Boquete in Panama and Cebu in the Philippines.
Because of the low cost of living with Bt 37,500 per month.
Moreover, the cost of insurance and medical service are not too expensive for foreigner.
While Hua Hin was picked up because of the precious beaches and low cost of living.

本年度佛丕府「赏鸟、尝贝、钓鱿鱼」旅游节，将于9月24日-10月2日期间在佛丕府【Phetchaburi】差庵县【Cha Am】海滩开展，佛丕府署政府邀请国内外游客到当地旅游，并且活动期间还将举办其他多种有趣的活动。
泰国观光局驻佛丕办事处负责人农尼表示，该办事处与佛丕府署政府及差庵县政府合作，于本月24日起举行2011年佛丕「赏鸟、尝贝、钓鱿鱼」节。该节属于佛丕府每年固定举办的观光节目，每年都会在9-10月份举办，来自于这段时间的鱿鱼将非常靠近海岸，并属于雨季末期，寒季前期，促使有大量的候鸟从非洲北部大陆进入差庵县，促使游客可观赏到许多种类的鸟只。

The Hua Hin Jazz Festival marks its tenth anniversary this year and its white sands are once again play host to the smooth sounds of home-grown and international jazz bands on August 26 and 27 The festival usually draws thousands of visitors, who chill to live music from 3pm to midnight.
